The e-Sourcing procurement management system of Da Nai Pump Industry Co., Ltd. crossed the UAT testing milestone in May 2021 and ushered in an exciting new stage – go-live implementation.

The SRM project of Dalian Nai Pump Industry was launched at the end of November 2020. With the sincere cooperation of the project teams of Dalian Nai and ESiC, all the tasks in the initial stages such as project initiation, requirement analysis, difference development and UAT testing were successfully completed. The project was officially launched on May 19, 2021.

Da Nai Pump Industry is the pioneer in China’s petrochemical process pump and various corrosion-resistant pump fields. After more than 60 years of wind and rain trials and tribulations, it has become one of the most advanced and largest pump designers and manufacturers in China today.

After more than five months of work by the SRM project teams of Da Nai and Feng Zhi, they have completed the testing and launch of 11 modules including supplier information registration, inquiry and quotation management, order collaboration management, supplier quality management, and supplier performance management, etc. The result is as follows:

Dalian Nai’s production implements online management of the entire process and scenario of direct material procurement, including: the process of importing supplier certifications, the process of sourcing quotations and establishing master data for material prices, the process of order collaboration management, and the process of supplier quality and performance management.

Dalian Nai Production implements comprehensive management of all types of direct materials. With category management as the granularity, it integrates and analyzes data to lay the foundation for achieving strategic management of procurement.

The integration of e-Sourcing with SAP has expanded the digital management scope of Da Nai Pump Industry.

Going online is not the end but the beginning of service.
