Explore the future trends of the new energy supply chain and the digital transformation with Changan New Energy​

In order to explore the future trends of the new energy supply chain and the digital transformation thereof, and to analyze the strategies of attack and defense for the current transformation and reshaping of the new energy supply chain, Changan New Energy Technology Company specially invited Chen Rong, the founder and CEO of Fengzhi Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., the director of ISMChina and the chairman of the Digital Transformation Committee, and Chen Yuxiao, the director of Fengzhi Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and a national-level high-level talent program expert, to conduct a training session on “Building an Excellent and Securely Controllable Supply Chain” at the company on December 4, 2021.

This training conducted an in-depth analysis of the future supply chain trends in the automotive industry, the research on the digital transformation of supply management, the procurement digital vision, and the procurement strategic planning. Mr. Deng Chenghao, the General Manager of Changan New Energy, and all the company leaders and core backbone employees who were present at the training, totaling over 90 participants, attended the training. The training courses were presented in an easy-to-understand manner and the process was full of enthusiasm. At the end of the training, all the participants gave prolonged applause. This training was a complete success.

Under the impetus of growth in the new energy industry, supply security is the lifeline of enterprises and determines their survival and existence. This year, Changan New Energy achieved sales and production of over 100,000 units. Behind this is the fact that the entire company overcame numerous difficulties such as chip shortage and power shortage through the method of “moving supplies like ants”. At present, the supply chain is extremely fragile. Changan New Energy needs to stay ahead of the industry and think about supply security issues first. It should build a sustainable supply chain and take precautions in advance.

 

This training was well-received by all the leaders and core backbone employees of Changan New Energy who were present at the company. A total of over 90 people attended the training.

 

 

Ms. Chen Rong, the founder and CEO of Fengzhi Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and the director of ISMChina as well as the chairperson of the Digital Transformation Committee, delivered a lecture on “Future Trends of Supply Chain and Digital Transformation”.

 

In the face of external environmental challenges, traditional supply chains are undergoing a transformation towards an “observation – insight – anticipation” agile and efficient supply chain model. Supply chain management and procurement strategic planning are accelerating their digitalization. During the process of transformation and reconfiguration, they are actively exploring future dynamic and stable supply chain models to cope with medium- and long-term supply risks.

 

Mr. Chen Yuxiao, Director of Fengzhi Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and an expert of the National High-level Talent Program, delivered a lecture on “Management and Mitigation of Supply Risks”.

 

The current supply chain environment is confronted with complex influences and a wide variety of supply risks. By establishing process analysis and process control mechanisms, we can gain insight into potential risks in the future. We can adopt various strategies to deal with risks, such as adjusting supply chain design, improving forecasting and planning, and select and implement the best response measures. We can also build an outstanding supply chain that is safe and controllable.
