On September 27, the project kickoff meeting was successfully held at Recodeal’s Suzhou headquarters. Key attendees included:

  ESiC was represented by Deputy General Manager Lisa Chen and Project Manager Wu Ting leading the South China implementation team.

   Critical requirements include seamless ERP integration, optimal workflow design using ESiC’s procurement best practices, and structured progress reporting.

ESiC’s Deputy GM Lisa Chen, with 20 years’ procurement experience in electronics, highlighted how ESiC’s methodology addresses key digital transformation challenges identified in ISM China’s research – particularly in determining which processes to digitize and align with corporate objectives. She commended Recodeal’s professional and engaged team, expressing confidence in building a future-ready SRM platform that drives procurement excellence and tangible business value.

Assistant President Yin concluded by detailing project team responsibilities and implementation priorities, after which teams immediately commenced intensive requirement analysis.
