This project consists of two parts: the business review and guidance for the outstanding procurement strategy and process, and the implementation and launch of the ESiC digital procurement software system SRM-PRO.
In the current era of rapid technological advancement, with the external political, economic and market environment being fraught with uncertainties, delivering continuous value to customers is a significant challenge. We aim to ensure project delivery, control costs, enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain, and make it our belief that better service to customers will be our core commitment, which will be deeply rooted in our management philosophy, system and execution. Through this project, we hope to achieve these goals.
This project will adopt forms such as offline training, workshops and coaching to jointly review the procurement goals, strategies, processes and organization. It aims to establish a mission-driven strategic and process-oriented procurement management mechanism, and provide feasible solutions for the digital system.
The ESiC SRM-PRO software system will be integrated with the business plans output by the procurement consulting and coaching center. This will ensure that our procurement execution is in line with and compliant with the procurement strategy and process. It will enable us and our supplier partners not only to contribute and accumulate beneficial data, but also to become beneficiaries of the data. We can truly see and gain insights from the data. The data helps us make correct decisions, respond quickly and better serve our customers.
